Bob founded Y ZERO Building Resilience in 2023 and serves as Managing Director. He brings deep enterprise supply chain expertise and over 30 years of executive leadership experience across a wide range of program management initiatives, business development roles and multi-stakeholder communications campaigns.
Bob’s technical expertise centers on supply chain risk management and cost control for building infrastructure, utilities, network engineering platforms and technology integration programs. He specializes in the development and support of lean cross-functional teams, procurement systems, processes, tools, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier performance strategies for five-nines reliable, mission-critical infrastructure.
Bob is actively engaged in his community as a serial cofounder, impact investor and supporter of youth sports and education-focused events, programs and initiatives. As a lifelong multi-sport athlete and coach, Bob credits his ongoing participation in team sports for his drive to always be collaborating and adapting, where change is the only constant.
Outside work and community projects, Bob enjoys outdoor excursions and road trips with family and friends, ideally as some combination of his favorite pursuits: SOCCER, BIKES and MUSIC.
